Job Summary

Poppa G's Quality Meats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good manufacturing practices (GMP) knowledge
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge
Work Environment

Our meat processing and packing plant is a cold/refrigerated and wet/damp environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
