Job Title: Food Processing Labourer

Poppa G's Quality Meats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials with precision and care.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines with accuracy.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers with attention to detail.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects and report any issues.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Good manufacturing practices (GMP) knowledge and adherence.
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge and application.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
