Job Summary

Poppa G's Quality Meats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment

Our meat processing and packing plant is a cold/refrigerated environment with wet/damp conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Language and Hours

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace, and you will be required to work 40 to 50 hours per week.
