Job Title: Food Processing Labourer

Poppa G's Quality Meats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Processing Labourer to join our team. As a Food Processing Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good manufacturing practices (GMP) knowledge
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge
Work Environment:

The work site environment is cold/refrigerated and wet/damp. The work setting is a meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
