We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
