The Fashion Department Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing and stocking all fashion merchandise and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role will also involve merchandising non-modular fashion items, replenishing and merchandising seasonal merchandise, and contributing to a team-based approach to executing duties based on workload and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product inquiries, and resolving customer issues.
2. Process and stock all fashion merchandise, ensuring accurate modular integrity and proper signage.
3. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
4. Merchandise non-modular fashion items, using proper signage as dictated by the modular system.
5. Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor.
Requirements:
Age - 16 or older
