Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito The Fresh Mexican Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
