Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brodi Food Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet operational demands
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire qualified food service staff
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys and ensure timely service
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
