As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized CT procedures, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure quality patient-focused care, and contributing to the ongoing quality assurance program.

Responsibilities:

* Performs routine and specialized CT procedures
* Ability to work with all areas to ensure quality patient-focused care
* Assist in the ongoing quality assurance program
* Facilitates work area assignments
* Works in conjunction with other team members and Resource Technologist cooperatively to prioritize, coordinate and integrate workloads
* Coordinate troubleshooting of equipment
* Ensure proper stocking of rooms
* Function with other diagnostic imaging team members to monitor and optimize use of resources
* Support a customer-focused environment
* Other duties as required

Requirements:

* Current certification in Diagnostic Radiography from a recognized academic institution and the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
* Registered with the CMRITO
* Minimum of 1 year related experience in CT
* Superior interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
* Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
* Demonstrated ability to stay current within the profession
* Preference will be given to candidates with hospital experience
* Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
* Preference will be given to technologists who have successfully completed the Computed Tomography Imaging Certification (CTIC)
