Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Boardroom Services team in Toronto.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing switchboard operations, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time (EST). The ideal candidate will have a high school education and a minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist and/or switchboard operator function.

Experience in legal or professional services is considered an asset, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, notifying lawyers and assistants of client arrivals
  • Managing security procedures, including issuing temporary passcards and recording visitors in the visitor log software
  • Assisting with clerical and administrative duties as needed
  • Answering internal and external phone calls, directing calls to the appropriate people, and answering inquiries
Requirements
  • High school education preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist and/or switchboard operator function
  • Strong attention to detail, proven verbal communication skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
