Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to join our team at SA Dental. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate area, and provide basic information as needed
* Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, faxes, and emails
* Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and surgeries
* Process payments, handle billing, and manage cash transactions
* Provide administrative support to the dental team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
