Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd. This is a permanent opportunity for individuals who possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including receiving and forwarding correspondence, processing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Receive and direct telephone and electronic inquiries from clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases to provide accurate information to clients and management.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of communications.
  • Provide general information to clients and the public, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation.
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents accurately and securely.
