Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Divine Spine Windermere Ltd. This role will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including:
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries
- Working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
- Sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
- Sending and receiving messages
- Providing general information to clients and the public
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Labeling, filing, and retrieving documents
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist with tasks related to work conditions and physical capabilities, personal suitability, screening questions, experience, and other benefits.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong attention to detail
- Reliability and a commitment to meeting deadlines
You will also need to have previous experience in a similar field of employment and be able to commit to working 40 hours per week.
BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
