Job Summary

The Administrative Support Professional will provide administrative assistance to the Maxworth Homes Ltd. team. This role will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced environment
  • English language required
  • 35 hours per week
