About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Brain Power Enrichment Programs Ltd. As an Educational Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Student Learning: Assist students individually or in small groups with assignments and reinforce learning and retention concepts under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
  • Supervise Students: Supervise students during school and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor Progress: Monitor and report student progress to the classroom teacher, providing valuable insights into their academic and personal development.
  • Operate Equipment: Assist the teacher in the operation of projectors, tape recorders, and other audio-visual or electronic equipment.
  • First Aid and Safety: Possess a First Aid Certificate and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Criminal Record Check: Have a valid Criminal Record Check.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
