Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our education team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of academic programs for students, aligning with our centre's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver engaging learning experiences, promoting student success and academic growth.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform program development and improvement.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate events, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient centre operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school partners, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Child & Youth Care and/or Social Work.
  • Proven customer service experience in client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and centre goals.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours of work per week.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with specific hours to be determined.
  • Must be able to commute to the centre location.

Compensation:

$18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
