Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Special Education Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our specialists to develop and implement individualized education and intervention plans for clients with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Goal Setting

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' cognitive, social, and emotional barriers to identify areas for improvement and establish realistic adaptation goals.

Client Support and Development

Work collaboratively with clients to develop life skills and strategies to overcome challenges and achieve independence.

Program Development and Implementation

Collaborate with our team of specialists to design and implement programs that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Communication and Collaboration

Effectively communicate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A degree in a related field and relevant experience in special education or a related field is required.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Work Environment

40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
