Job Title: Educational Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Educational Assistant to join our team at Brain Power Enrichment Programs Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Educational Assistant will provide support to students and teachers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with assignments and reinforce learning concepts under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
  • Supervise students during school and extracurricular activities.
  • Monitor and report student progress to the classroom teacher.
  • Assist with the operation of audio-visual and electronic equipment.
  • Provide support for students with diverse needs, including those from newcomer and refugee backgrounds.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
Work Environment:

The Educational Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
