We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc.
Job Summary:The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Operations: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office moves.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Permanent Employment: A permanent position with opportunities for growth and development.
- Flexible Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
