Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc.

Job Summary:

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic mail, spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, efficient oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
