Job Overview:



The Proposal Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire proposal process, managing the Pursuit Team, and collaborating with technical, financial, and executive leaders. This role focuses on bid responses to promote the Company's profile and secure new or existing business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Work closely with other project team members to ensure the company's submissions align with the bid strategy/plan.
  • Gather, research, and assemble all required documentation and information from relevant parties/sources.
  • Analyze and review bid requests with a high attention to detail.
  • Responsible for the complete bid preparation process, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all proposal submissions.
  • Review and interpret Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information/Qualification (RFI/RFQ), and tender and prequalification packages.


Qualifications:




  • Completion of post-secondary education in a field with strong writing and research components.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in creating high-quality documentation, particularly for procurement opportunities.
  • Experience leading a small team.
  • Excellent copywriting, technical, and business writing skills.
  • Strong time management skills, able to excel in handling multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective at collaborating with stakeholders across all levels.
