About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the marine robotics industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and develop strategic partnerships.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets across all product lines and market segments;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, including geophysical survey, seabed warfare, and under-ice research companies;
  • Leading a small team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives;
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, and trade shows;
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts on behalf of Cellula Robotics within approved mandates;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and technical domains, to provide innovative solutions to customers;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in STEM or a related field, with experience in subsea technology and AUVs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions;
  • Knowledge of the marine robotics industry, including market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements;
  • Experience with CRM software and data-driven analysis tools;
