About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional Guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract and retain Guests, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success in driving business growth and improving Guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
