About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Rozzini's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Pricing

Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability.

Service Development

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Financial Management

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of our team members and provide feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.

Cost Control

Cost products and services to ensure that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Health and Safety

Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our team members and customers.

Supplier Management

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best value for our money.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and attract new customers.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure that we maintain a positive reputation.

Event Management

Manage events and functions to ensure that they are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Requirements
  • Education

Other trades certificate or diploma.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
