Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Punjabi Chulha Restaurant and Sweet Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Menu Planning and Execution: Work with our culinary team to plan and execute our menu, ensuring that it is appealing to our customers and meets our quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our menu requirements.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
