Restaurant Operations Manager

Blue Shock Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and company policies.
- Customer Service and Satisfaction: Focus on delivering an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of customer service, interacting with customers, and addressing inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Financial Performance: Assist in developing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals, analyzing financial reports, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns, staying updated with market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and safety standards.
- Financial acumen to analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and manage costs effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with restaurant management/POS software, such as OpenTable.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
