Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team at Versailles Convention Centre Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for banquets and events
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize and coordinate buffets and banquets to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
