About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account client preferences and dietary requirements.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and mentor a team of chefs and cooks to ensure seamless execution of banquets and events.

Inventory Management

Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Client Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.

Event Planning

Work closely with clients to plan and execute banquets and events, including menu planning, logistics, and coordination.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
