Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team at Versailles Convention Centre Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our events and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our clients and guests.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
