Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct, coordinate, and plan all food and beverage activities, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistency, budget management, service quality, and product knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic planning to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • In conjunction with FOH/BOH management teams, accomplish human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, assigning scheduling, and reviewing internal and external candidates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior hospitality management role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and guests.
