As a Restaurant Operations Director at OLIVER & BONACINI, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurants. With a strong focus on leadership and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for directing the overall operations of our dining rooms, bars, and private dining spaces.

Job Description
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and drive sales growth through effective marketing initiatives and excellent customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment by leading and mentoring a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial metrics, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Cost Control: Implement measures to minimize waste, optimize inventory, and control labor costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by implementing processes that prioritize quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry.
