Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team at SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our human resources function and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our human resources team, ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring that our team has the skills and expertise needed to drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being through effective communication, training, and development programs.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure that employees are meeting their performance goals and contributing to the success of the organization.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our HR practices and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, minimizing the risk of non-compliance and associated penalties.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in leadership, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
