Job Summary

Firm Capital Property Management Corp. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to co-ordinate administrative services, manage department operations, and direct staff. The successful candidate will have a college education, 2-3 years of experience in a consulting firm or real estate company, and strong time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Co-ordinate and supervise administrative services, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.
  2. Manage the operations of a department, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily activities.
  3. Assist in preparing annual budgets and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  4. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  5. Hire, train, and develop staff to achieve departmental objectives.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • College education.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a consulting firm or real estate company.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
