Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy-Duty Equipment Operators Foreman/Woman to join our team at Blue-Con Excavating Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise workers and projects, recommending personnel actions as needed.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team performance.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3-4 years of experience in heavy equipment operation, with a focus on construction.
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance to team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
