Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our team at Contour Earthmoving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring efficient and safe work practices, and coordinating with other project supervisors and managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervise heavy equipment operators and labourers to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training of staff members
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to meet work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
