Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our team at Contour Earthmoving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring the safety of our team members, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 40 hours per week

Language: English

Work Setting: Construction

Security and Safety: Criminal record check required
