Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our team at Contour Earthmoving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, ensuring the safety of our workers, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training of workers

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work environment with a mix of office and field work
  • 40 hours per week
  • Anglais
