Contour Earthmoving Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy-Duty Equipment Operators Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the operation of heavy-duty equipment on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment operation, supervision, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment operations to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Supervise heavy-duty equipment operators and ensure they follow safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Train and mentor equipment operators to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment operation and supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
