Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our team at Blue-Con Excavating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising workers and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient project completion
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a productive team

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy equipment operations
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills

Work Setting: Drilling and equipment operation

Security and Safety: Criminal record check

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence

Personal Suitability: Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills
