Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the growth and development of emerging offer verticals, such as mobile apps, casino, and lead generation, across your own and team portfolios.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing client advertisers, understanding and addressing their marketing needs.
  • Own the Contract/Insertion Order (IO) process, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile collections and invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis, working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Campaign Development:
  • Stay ahead of trends and opportunities in online advertising and affiliate marketing, leveraging your industry knowledge to drive success.
  • Oversee campaign updates, including payouts, creative assets, and contact details.
  • Ensure campaigns are brand-compliant and creatively aligned to deliver strong ROI while maintaining scalability.
  • Provide weekly reports on all activity, offering insights and performance analysis.
Finance & Administration:
  • Manage client billing on a weekly, semi-weekly, and monthly basis, keeping track of all sales, credits, and chargebacks.
  • Coordinate and review client invoices with the finance team, ensuring timely reconciliations and prompt follow-ups on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of managing costs and budgets for both internal and external activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales of intangible products, media, internet services, and affiliate marketing.
  • Proven sales track record with strong closing skills and a logical, consultative approach.
  • Solid understanding of affiliate marketing and Cost Per Action (CPA) models.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with efficiency.
  • Proficient with online tools and CRM systems.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
