Cision, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our growing team in North America. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery of superior support essential to enhance sales team productivity and systems capabilities.

Job Summary

This position performs daily sales process activities within North America CRM and other systems. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the activation of the auto-renewal process, ensuring accurate creation of Auto Renewal Opportunities in Salesforce and timely submission of agreements to prevent service interruptions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in updating agreement details in Iris to facilitate finance invoicing processes;
  • Migrate original customers into a new platform by doing amendments on active contracts;
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field is required;
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in business administration or sales support role; Exposure working within a SaaS organization is preferred;
  • Familiarity with Sales Operations processes preferred;
  • Proficiency Working in MS Office and Adobe;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in written and oral French as an asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
