About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at Stratalis Consulting. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients, CEO's and leaders of Global 500 organizations, set a future-focused agenda, vision and path to growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial markets, including mining, oil and gas, chemicals, and other related industries
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and deliver high-quality consulting solutions, including problem definition, hypothesis development, analytics, research, and storytelling
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) with excellent academic qualifications in a quantitative discipline, such as engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, or related disciplines
  • Backgrounds in engineering with an MBA valued
  • ~8+ years of professional experience in industrial markets, especially within major industrials or mining companies in operations or strategy
  • Ability to break down and solve business problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Excellent English language skills
