About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the company's corporate development strategy, leveraging market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth and develop solid understanding of the business, internal capability gaps, and substantial capability enhancement opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate competitive landscape, new growth verticals, and opportunities into prospective companies, conducting industry scans and relative player placement/rankings.
  • Identify and assess potential acquisition targets for strategic alignment and value generation, performing detailed financial analysis, building valuation models, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare effective communications for internal stakeholders, including executives, board members, and functional teams, to gain alignment on corporate development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting roles.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in valuation techniques, financial modeling, and due diligence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively about business opportunities and challenges.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading complex initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and legal considerations related to M&A transactions and partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools; familiarity with M&A software platforms is a plus.
