Financial Services Business Development Director

The Frima Studio National Client Group is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for growing our portfolio of business clients and developing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
You will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the financial industry, with at least 8 years of experience. Your expertise in financial and business analysis, as well as your understanding of inherent risks, will enable you to provide valuable guidance to our clients.
As a Product Development Manager, you will work closely with various internal partners, including Portfolio Managers, Account Representatives, Risk Management, Cash Management, Private Wealth, and external partners, such as legal advisors and accountants. You will also be expected to act as a leader and participate in developing less experienced team members.
We are looking for someone who is able to effectively communicate with sophisticated clients who have financing needs between $25 million and $400 million. You must be able to negotiate terms and conditions of agreements while ensuring that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria.
