Job Title: Executive Chef

The SAFFRON is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
