Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Blue Chopstix. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Order and manage inventory of food and supplies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
