Job Summary

Anejo Restaurant is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, and leading by example.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also be responsible for requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays to ensure timely service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Train new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or food service setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, Anejo Restaurant offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
