About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bansal Finance & Consulting Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Special Projects
    • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
    • Provide support for company-wide initiatives and events.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
