Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bansal Finance & Consulting Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Communication
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Provide support for company-wide initiatives and events.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- Experience an asset.
