Job Summary
GFL Environmental is seeking a skilled Billing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and billing for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Upload invoices into payment portals
- Prepare monthly billing summaries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of billing experience in the oil industry
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
