Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Surplus Electrical Equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage warehouse staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and warehouse operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
